Decongestant : Most pain in or around an eye is from sinusitis or headache. Pain reliever and decongestant should relieve it. If not, or if it is getting worse, go see your doctor. It could also be due to an eye problem such an inflammation in (called uveitis) or around the eye. You need to see an eye doctor to really rule this out.

I feel a dull pressure/ache on my left temple, behind left eye. Eye feels irritated. Had it for about 2 weeks. Also feel pressure in left ear. I suffer from tinnitus & vertigo also, not sure if thats related. Any ideas? Should I go to urgent care?
