Could be early: An over the counter pregnancy test should turn positive within 7 days of conception. If you ovulated later in your cycle, it is possible that you are pregnant. It is more likely that your period is just a little late. Consider checking another pregnancy test in a few more days. If you are more than a week late with a negative pregnancy test, check in with your medical provider.
