A member asked:

Have no nut allergies, no food allergies.have eaten nuts my whole life without having a reaction. can i still eat it? fear of getting a reaction to it

Should be fine: There are no guarantees but if one has eaten a food in the past and has not had a reaction to that food then the patient is at no greater risk than the general population to eat that food in the future.
