A member asked:

Why is it important to sleep between 10pm - 2am? is there any reasons why some say that it is better to sleep at night than to sleep in the morning.

Sleep hygiene: Sleep has a profound impact on your immune system , your mental health and you body's ability to function. There is no set time per se to sleep but most people's system gets attuned to a schedule and throwing it off is hard: constipation, upset stomached, headaches etc. Best to try hard to stay on a schedule.
