Pain with exercise: You are likely not in good physical condition and are attempting to perform strenuous activity which increases your blood pressure and heart rate and leads to throbing and pain. You indicate you have depression, anxiety and HTN but don't mention any medications which may be contributing to your symptoms. You should engage in a medically supervised exercise program to better monitor your health.

Get checked: Clearly, not a normal response after doing chin ups. I would check your teeth, your cranial joints (TM joints, occiput and frontal sinus at sphenoid junction) for presence of toxins, pathoges or allergens. Dizziness is suggestive that your ears may be involved .Muscle spasm and eyelid twitching suggest neuromuscular involvement, so rule out Lyme disease.
