Raynaud's: Sounds like worse case of raynaud's. Should see a rheumatologist.

Cold fingers: You really should see a clinician to look at your hands. There is a large circle of patients who have a sensation of cold extremities; there are also a large circle of patients with cuts on their fingers from lack of moisture and minor injuries. Only a small group of patients have a rare condition called raynaud's that requires careful attention. This requires a physical examination.
