Yes: Part of what keeps you up at night is the joint pain. During pregnancy your joints all are loosened from hormones. The hips can be especially effected. A pillow between the knees can help relieve the joint stress.

Help my insomnia?: Sleep hygiene is best approach for insomnia, however, if u feel the pillow can help u , there is no harm in using it.
