Sleep hygeine: Have you implemented a strict bedtime routine even on weekends? Have you removed the tv and electronics from her room? Does she study and read in her room? If so let her do it in the kitchen. Does she take at least 1/2 hour before bed to relax, perform her showering, brushing, picking out clothes, packing her backpack, etc.? Have you tried some a white noise generator? No caffeine.
