I have a pituitary microadenoma. it is 3mm. the endo has ordered bloodwork, but she didn't think my low grade fevers were from that. it is small, but can it be causing numerous systemic problems?

It's unlikely: But labs that determine function are generally ordered. It may simply be an incidental finding. I am not sure of your meds but consider topirimate if you have recurrent migraines, duloxetine for chronic pain and mood, make sure sleeping at night and not grinding your teeth. Clonazepam helps anxiety associated insomnia and i bet u dont sleep well. Finish workup, we can do a private if u like.

Unlikely: A small lesion like this would generally be observed. Wait on the lab work.
