Irregular = not late: If she normally does not have a regular cycle, then it is only late from when it "might" have been expected. If multiple tests negative, and no significant semen exposure (as you describe), then likely not pregnant. Can check next month to be sure & see gyn if no period for two months unless she occasionally runs 3 months between periods.
