Pregnancy unlikely: Anything is possible, but usually a pregnancy test would be positive a week or so after your period was due if you were pregnant. Some irregularity is normal--stress, change in activity, or nutrition can impact period timing. Recheck another test if you haven't had a period in a week. If that's negative, be calm and wait it out. Doctors don't worry about missed periods until it's been 6 months.
