Caution when wet: Dry humping without ejaculation will not cause pregnancy when dry clothes are present. However, once ejaculation occurs the clothing gets wet and like a slippery floor can cause a "slipup" and pregnancy. Use contraception at all times. It is dangerous to play with a "loaded weapon".
