Hard work, diet/exer: By dieting with less calories going in than you are burning through exercise, you should lose weight. Then combine your diet with a good exercise program/routine aimed at toning your abdominal muscles (core) such as crunches and sit ups, and slowly you should start to see your tummy get smaller.
