Discuss w DDS-OBGYN: I'm guessing from your question that you are referring to being 6 weeks pregnant? I doubt that you will find a dentist to extract your tooth without a recent x-ray. I do not know why the tooth needs to be extracted nor any of the other particulars that would aid in the decision process. Having a single periapical x-ray should not be a problem with normal precautions. Discuss with dds and obgyn.

Team Effort: Typically a single x-ray would not affect anything but should contact your md and discuss with your dds. Team effort in this situation is very important.
