Hi i was wondering what does it mean when you get random pimples with pus in them around your body and they hurt?

Pimples: It is probably a form of folliculitis. See your doctor or dermatologist for evaluation an treatment. The pustules can be cultured to see if there is a specific type of bacteria present. Both topical and systemic therapies can be instituted.
