Probably acne: Especially since you indicate you are a 19 year old man, you can expect some acne on your face. It's part of the changes through which your body goes in becoming a man. Anyone who tells you it is your fault, or that you should not accept scientific treatment, is giving you disinformation. Most acne can be treated by any licensed physician and hard cases respond to dermatologist treatment.
