Been struggling with a thick flaky scalp and I've tried everything from oils to home remedies like vinegar and tea tree oil but nothing seems to work. It itches when I sweat and anti dandruff shampoos don't help either. Any solutions?
Can Nizoral (ketoconazole) shampoo treat itchy dry scalp? I've tried head & shoulders and jason tea tree shampoo, but the itchyness and dryness still come back.

Help? I use fluoconozole oil for sebhorraic dermatitis, Nizoral (ketoconazole) shampoo. Hair still itches like crazy! hair is thinning at crown, breaking off. Woman.
Currently using Alposyl shampoo for Seb Dermatitis, it's making the itching less but it's not actually curing the hair loss should I use tea tree oil?
