Interplays: There are a lot of interacting factors here: i'd recommend/agree with "lots" of exercise including weight lifting/speed swimming. But also, eliminate caffeine, sweets, refined foods and get as close to gluten free/whole and unprocessed foods vegan (90 % will do) as you can. If overweight, slim down to trim. Metformin & bystolic (nebivolol) may helps + reduce whatever other meds you can. www.thepmc.org.
