Suffering tinea but am breastfeeding, what can i use thats safe?

Confusing question: You don't comment on where the tinea is located so the answer must come in general terms.Topical medications used over much of the skin surface are not absorbed through the skin in significant amounts that would effect the breast milk. If you are on a medication by mouth for a toenail or hair fungus, it depends some on the medication.
