Probiotics: Bacterial overgrowth usually results from an imbalance between "good" and "bad" gut bacterial. While antibiotics target the bad kind, they often kill the good as well. I recommend a daily probiotic supplementation (l.Acidophilus, b.Bifidum, etc); usually found at the health food store.
