Ears feel under pressure a lot lately. how do i get relief? it hurts!

Ear pressure: Many causes of ear pressure. Most common is eustachian tube dysfunction. Could try nadal steroid spray, oral steroid, antihistamine, decongestant. Could also try having a myringotomy to see if relief. Consider getting hearing test. Go see ent.
