Bleeding: Women tend to think that all vaginal bleeding is your period. If you're pregnant and having bleeding its not a period. There are several reasons for bleeding in early pregnancy. The most likely is bleeding from where the new pregnancy implants, another is cervical bleeding from sex or an exam. But if its as heavy as your period, call your OB doctor as it may be threatened miscarriage.
