Artifact: It isn't physiologic to have a 10-20 mm pulse pressure (the difference between systolic and diastolic pressure). I doubt those pressures are accurate. I suspect your cuff is mis-sized or the device being used is inaccurate, probably the former. A common cause of this is a large arm - is your arm large?
