Totally agree : As a dentist i too suffer from back pain. Try the exercises and stretches at this website: http://www.Ihacares.Com/index.Cfm/healthadvisors/sportsmedicineadvisor/crs-sma-art.Low.Back.Pain.Exercises/ do them every day - even if your back does not hurt. If the pain continues or you have tingling in arms or legs then see a doctor.

Walking: I find that gentle yoga stretches help but for me walking with good posture is important to help reduce chronic back pain. Check out the Alexander Technique (http://t.ly/alD2).
