Totally agree : As a dentist i too suffer from back pain. If the pain continues or you have tingling in arms or legs then see a doctor.

Walking: I find that gentle yoga stretches help but for me walking with good posture is important to help reduce chronic back pain. Check out the Alexander Technique (http://t.ly/alD2).
