Most stay unchanged: How large is your ovarian cyst? Most resolve after 13th week , but if you still have it at 20 weeks it should be checked regularly for growth. Most ovarian cysts do not change size in pregnancy and do not require any treatment. If you develop symptoms of pain due to the cyst or if the cyst significantly grows then you might need surgery to remove it. Most surgery is done prior to 20 weeks.
