Not a cyst cause: In general, an ovarian cyst does not cause vaginal bleeding during pregnancy. The usual causes would be an issue with the placenta, a growth on the cervix, premature labor, for instance. You need to clarify with your doctor what the cause of the bleeding is to know how to treat. However avoid intercourse, heavy lifting or exercise for now would be reasonable.
