A member asked:

Taking lorazapam 1 mg for 12 weeks. how to wean off?

A doctor has provided 1 answer
Dr. Ladislav Volicer answered

Very gradually: You might want to decrease the dose to 0.5 mg for about a week, then 0.25 mg for a week and then stop it.
