Change the diaper: You are a blessed mom! that's unusual. You don't want your baby to stay in a soaking wet diaper for that long every night because it can lead to skin breakdown and yeast infections. Make sure you are using a barrier cream (like desitin) before bedtime and see if you can change the diaper with minimal light and noise. Have you tried superabsorbent diapers? They may solve your problem.

Wake him up 1/2 way: And feed him and change, if wet/dirty.

3: You both need your sleep. Coat his diaper area with a thick coat of a zinc oxide containing cream (desitin (zinc oxide diaper cream) original, balmex etc) at bedtime. This will provide a barrier to the wetness give him a quick bottom bath in the morning.

Wet nights: Increase the size of his diaper. The larger size will have more absorbency and hopefully you all can get a good night's rest.

Let him sleep: Changing the diaper of a healthy happily sleeping baby will only make you tired and may disrupt his wonderful sleeping pattern. If he is comfortable enough to stay asleep there is no reason wake him up. You may want to use overnight diapers use special inserts you can place in the diaper for extra absorption. Change him at night for bm's or if he has a diaper rash.
