A doctor has provided 1 answer

Such a low TSH level is characteristic of overactive thyroid ( hyperthyroidism). Hair issues are common in thyroid disorders. Palpitations do occur in an overactive thyroid. I recommend consulting a thyroidologist or endocrinologist for appropriate testing, proper treatment and follow-up care.
