Lately my heart has been hurting and i don't know why. it feels like a pinching feeling every time it beats and it settles down, but hurts most of the time?

Many issues: If certain movements make it worse, it's very likely muscular in your rib cage. At your age, that's the most likely cause. If it's worse with a deep breath, it could be pleurisy. You should see your doctor for that. If it's worse lying down and better sitting up, it could be pericarditis - again, you'd need to see your doctor.
