Brush Tongue: Use a soft brush and/or a tongue scraper to clean your tongue. If the cleaning does not get the white off, then see a dentist for an rx for fungus. This is not related to psoriasis.

Plaque: Bacterial plaque grows on the tongue just like on the teeth. Best to use a tongue scrapper every day to remove it. A second less effective method of removing it is to brush with your toothbrush. It is just as important to clean your tongue as it is to brush and floss your teeth daily.
