No: There can be changes on the tongue which are not affecting the individual ina very small percentage of psoraisis patients.This does not require special treatment.

Oropharyngeal psoria: Typically it is not found in the oropharyngeal cavity but if there is a concern then it should definitely be evaluated by a dermatologist who might want to biopsy.
