No : This is not per se associated with cardiac problems. Check with a dermatologist for other causes.

Nail : Indented spoon-shaped nails (koilonychia) are sometimes related to problems like lupus erythematosus, hemachromatosis, iron-deficiency anemia and Raynaud's phenomenon.
