No worries yet: It is very early in the pregnancy and not visualizing a heartbeat, especially if your dates are off by even a couple of days, is not unusual and should not be concerning. Most accurate ultrasound dating occurs at 8 to 13 weeks, at which point a heartbeat should be readily identifiable.
