Why have i started getting chest cramps?

I don't know: Check with your dr, as a 54 yo getting "chest cramps" needs to be evaluated asap to ensure it is not cardiac related. Any severe chest pains, pressure, with l arm tingling or jaw pain, with shortness of breath, or naseau/vomitting, needs to be seen emergently to rule out a "heart attack." best wishes.
