Doctors Don't care: Nope. A doctor cannot tell that you masturbated or that you masturbate. They probably already just assume you do since almost all boys by your age are masturbating or have masturbated. Your doctor does not care one bit. And if they do you need a more ethical physician to guide you into your growing up years.
