Scratching: Sounds very much like an allergic reaction to something. There needs to be a bit more information, but seek a dermatologist for skin testing.

Itching: If its only when you eat sweets it sounds more like an allergic reaction or a dermatitis, suggest seeing dermatologist.

Blisters: The sweets may or may not be related. Any type of itchy or blisters to feet could be related to inflammation of the dermis, allergy or fungal or bacterial infection. Although there could be other reasons, those are the most common.
