Sinus infection: Yes, sinus infections can sap strength and make you tired for many reasons. Often, sleep is markedly disturbed due to secretions, postnasal drip, coughing, and other upper respiratory disturbances. Headache, stuffiness, and general malaise accompany these symptoms, particularly at bedtime.

Sinusitis = Fatigue: Your immune system works very hard when you have an infection (any infection but especially with sinusitis). This causes you to be tired. Fatigue is one of the top 3 symptoms i see when people come in to see me for a sinus infection.
