Gastrocnemius : The origin of the gastrocnemius complex is off the distal femur eg. Behind your knee, and you may have traumatized the origin of the muscle either torn it partially due to the presence of bruising or partially avulsed it due to the mechanism of injury i would pay a visit to your primary to check.
