Natural remedies: They could have stayed in good shape with exercise; had plenty of vit d from the sun; ate more olives, nuts, eggs, meats, and healthy fats; and avoided simple sugars. I imagine they could have fashioned some dental appliances to jut the lower jaw forward in order to open up the airway some while sleeping. Palatoplasty surgeries could also have been used as a last resort, just like now...

Wrong thinking: The ancient Greeks did not have the faintest idea what low testosterone or sleep apnea were. If you read the Hippocratic writings - which anyone can do - you'll find that the way they thought about health and disease was so completely different from our modern concepts as to be completely unrecognizable as medicine. "Ancient wisdom" is a myth.
