Obesity can: Obesity decreases testosterone, causes sleep apnea, and causes fatty muscles. If you are struggling with weight, address that with your doctor first. Treating the cause not the symptoms. If you have another cause of the sleep apnea speak with your doctor about it. Diet and exercise help with this issue immeasureably. At your age exercise should be daily and intense.
