Can an egg implant above your belly button?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Ectopic pregnancy: That would be an abnormal position for the egg to implant and would mean you have some damage to your fallopian tubes. Still, if it did happen, the pregnancy could be normal and you could delivery. However, you would need to deliver by cesarean section and the placenta would be left behind. Sounds scary but it is an exceedingly rare complication of an ectopic pregnancy.
