See MD: Any enlargement of a supraclavicular lymph node should be evaluated immediately. You can get hernias above your navel. Difficult to know without examining you. You need to see a physician.

Abd mass + neck mass: Please see your physician ASAP. As you probably feared, cancer is a real possibility. The good news is that the node is accessible for biopsy. Hopefully, it is not a malignancy, but please do not put off seeing your physician for evaluation, testing, and Oncology referral if necessary.
