What type of problems can i run into by being 50 and taking 135mg of methadone?

Methadone: Opioid induced hyperalgesia meaning ur pain gets worse instead of better cause ur stimulating too many receptors and some opioid receptors make u feel bad, low estrogen or testosterone levels so ur tired, increased risk of infections from slower wbc, osteoporosis, difficult to control pain if u ever have surgery. Need more?
