GERD?: At your age looking at your med list it seems gerd/heart burn could be reason. Recommend trying over the counter Prilosec or Pepcid (famotidine) for 2 wks to see if it helps. You should avoid taking so many nsaids as well if possible.

See your doctor: There are important causes of chest pain in a young man, so you should have a medical evaluation. But most of the time, the cause is usually not related to your coronary arteries at at your young age. Mitral valve prolapse and pericarditis can cause chest pain in young people. Other areas like your esophagus and chest wall are often causes in young people.
