No: Discomfort will stay in distribution of clot, and may see some swelling of the lower leg / ankle, some redness in the area of the pain, and the skin my get warmer than surrounding area, a little tense and shiny looking. If these occurring, or particularly if recent travel / immobility, should see dr for evaluation and rx for ultrasound of vessels to confirm / rule out.
