See an OB/GYN: Possibilities include allergic reactions to semen (rare), trauma to the cervix, air somehow entering into the abdominal cavity and irritating the diaphragm, ovarian prolapse, etc. In order to address this adequately you would need a full detailed pelvic and abdominal exam. This is obviously not normal and you should have it looked into. Good luck.
