Uterine position?: Pain during sex is called dyspareunia. It may result from uterine positioning inside the pelvis. The uterus "moves" slightly during sex due to pushing by the penis. A change in your position may help. In some cases, deep dyspareunia may be a sign of endometriosis. Endometriosis is a chronic condition which may be treated with medications. History &physical will help with your diagnosis.
