Pinched nerve: Likely a 'pinched nerve' in your back, most often at your age from a bulging disk. If a bit of recumbent rest (and avoiding lifting, bending, even sitting a long time) and over the counter anti-inflammatory pain medicines (ibuprofen, naproxyn) don't improve the situation, seeing a doctor for an MRI of the back and perhaps an EMG (electrical test) would define things better.
