Doubt cancer,but...: Without a localized lesion on scan, cancer is less likely than heaptitis or biliary tract disease of some sort. These can be troublesome and you'd do well to get a diagnosis. Since you're here, it's likely you're seeking another opinion; a gastroenterology consult would seem advisable. If offered a liver biospy, go for it.
